The Wedding Planning Process

Inquiry & Discovery

After submitting the inquiry form (below), we'll book a call to get a better understanding of your needs and see if we are good fit. If we decide to proceed, I will send you a contract for signature and an invoice for initial retainer fees.


The planning process begins as soon as your contract is signed and the initial payment is made. We begin by determining you budget and securing your venue and vendors.


During the design phase, we'll clarify the décor and details of your wedding vision, including your colour palette, florals and linens, and more.


This phase includes your wedding day. The priority is putting together a wedding day timeline, coordinating with vendors, and finalizing any last minute to-do items to ensure a stress-free wedding day.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the payment structure?

A 50% initial retainer is required upon booking to reserve your date. The remainder of your balance is split into 6 payments, with the final payment due 2 weeks before your wedding date.

When should I hire a wedding planner?

We always recommend that couples start working with us at the beginning of their wedding planning process. This allows us to suggest the right venue and vendors based on your budget and what you want.

Do you charge mileage?

Mileage charges only apply if I am required to drive anywhere outside of a 50km radius from my office location. The amount will be calculated once a venue is chosen and gets added to your final balance.
