What is a Simply Wed wedding?

Are meals and drinks included in the quote?

No, meals, drinks and alcohol are not included in the package. Each restaurant or venue / catering offers its own unique dining experience, so your menu will be determined by the venue or catering choice. This gives you the flexibility to create a wedding day menu that perfectly matches your tastes and preferences! We’re happy to help source and coordinate those vendors to make it seamless.

Can the package be used outdoors? What happens if it rains?

Absolutely! Our packages work beautifully outdoors, but we always recommend having a cozy backup plan just in case. If rain is in the forecast, we can guide you toward trusted tent vendors or set up an indoor version so your day still feels magical no matter the weather.

What is the maximum guest count?

The Simply Wed Wedding packages are designed to be intimate and are intended for the couple and up to a maximum of 50 guests. Keeping it small helps maintain the essence of an intimate micro-wedding and ensures smooth logistics. Keep in mind the number of guests is also dictated by the location and space chosen.

What is not included in the package cost?

Our package pricing doesn’t include your venue fees, catering, or additional vendors — but we’re happy to help you find the perfect ones! Items like dance floors, stages, or tents/structures are also not included, though we can connect you with trusted vendors to bring your vision to life.

Can we extend the reservation time of the package?

Yes! If you’d like a little extra time to celebrate, you can absolutely extend your reservation for an additional cost.

How far in advance can we book this package?

We ask for at least 3 months’ notice to book one of these packages — this gives us time to make everything beautiful and seamless for your big day!

HOW DOES BOOKING WORK, AND ARE VENDORS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE?

Booking is simple! Start by filling out our online inquiry form, which helps us learn about your vision, guest count, and any specific needs. From there, we’ll set up a consultation to walk you through the process and tailor your package.

Once you’re ready, we’ll send over the contract and invoice for our portion of the package.

You’ll then book and pay each additional vendor separately based on your chosen package, while we handle the behind-the-scenes logistics to keep everything running smoothly.
