The Wedding Planning Process
Inquiry & Discovery
After submitting the inquiry form (below), we'll book a call to get a better understanding of your needs and see if we are good fit. If we decide to proceed, I will send you a contract for signature and an invoice for initial retainer fees.
TIMELINE DRAFTING
We will begin drafting a detailed timeline for the day-of. The timeline is then shared with the venue and vendors approximately 2 weeks prior to the wedding day.
FINAL DETAILS
During this phase, we will wrap up all the little details. This includes seating chart, finalizing timeline and any other details.
Wedding Day
This includes the Wedding Day itself. We will coordinate with all the vendors and attend on the Day-of to ensure everything runs smoothly.

My venue already comes with a venue coordinator, do I still need to hire a Day-of coordinator?
Yes! The venue coordinator focuses on venue-related matters only, while your wedding coordinator handles all aspects of your wedding day, not just venue-related tasks. We oversee the entire event, from getting-ready to the ceremony to the reception, ensuring everything aligns with your vision.
We work closely with the venue coordinator to ensure seamless collaboration and cover all aspects of your special day.
What is the payment structure?
A 50% initial retainer is required upon booking to reserve your date. The remainder of your balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding date.
When should I hire a wedding planner?
The earlier the better to ensure that your preferred wedding coordinator has your wedding date reserved, but ideally no later than 8 weeks prior to the wedding day. We normally begin working on the timeline around 2 months out. We then aim to share the timeline with the venue and vendors 2 weeks prior to the wedding day.
Do you charge mileage?
Mileage charges only apply if I am required to drive anywhere outside of a 50km radius from my office location. The amount will be calculated once a venue is chosen and gets added to your final balance.
